for those of you keeping score, the new block e location is the third hooters in town and [i believe] this is the first time the strib found it necessary to send a pseudo-investigative reporter to document the pseudo-scandalous behavior of dudes dining there. i'm guessing the one at the moa has been open for more then a decade. nice scoop, strib. but hey, it'll probably generate a bunch of eyeballs and/or letters to the editor, and i got to ogle a pic of a hooters waitress in the newspaper, so it's not all bad.
