doodledee

i had two games last weekend and have two more this weekend. at halftime everyone crowds under these pathetic little sun tents and sips water and whimpers. but it's still a ton of fun. the thing this story doesn't mention is how the field turf that's being used all over town - and that i lovelovelove, by the way - is full of these little black pieces of rubber which soak up the heat and make the field [literally] like 150 degrees. you can't even walk on it barefoot. toasty.
