as i've said before, my gut says the tide has already started to turn, and that it's the out of touch [and greedy] builders who are the real issue here. that said, you won't hear me complaining when somebody finally codifies something. also: someone should do a study about who buys these things. because i bet most of them are either a) people moving here from out of town or b) builders themselves. you know i'm right.
