so on one hand i'm all "cool, minnpost is [already] noticing stuff nobody else is" but on the other hand i'm all "um, yeah, aren't there laws that say there has to be access for people in wheelchairs? can i get a clarification up in here?" so this is either a nice little catch or an irrelevant detail that will evaporate before the mudpuddles down at the construction site. and can i just add: wow are those some big puddles. has it been raining or something?
