the suit "[alleges] the retailer sells a dress with print that resembles her trademarked 'spotted frog' design." um, isn't like 2/3 of the stuff in the tgt clothing/shoes section blatant rip-offs of other people's stuff? sure seems like it. if tgt had a sense of humor, they'd roll out a 'take a walk down red orchard street' ad campaign. but they don't. so i don't expect to see one. though it'd be genius. you know i'm right.
