zomg yes it is (!!). i can't tell if she's pro-seal or anti-people with dogs who scare seals away. maybe both? she takes such a nuanced position. like a clinton.

    She is anti dogs scaring seals, and pro cute little new baby seals. She is neutral as to long term outlook for seals at children's beach in la jolla.

    It's not really that nuanced. Anti-dog, anti-baby seal abandonment, anti-rope (I think), pro-being on camera, pro-tourist gawking. Oh and anti-children playing. That much is clear.

    I may have exaggerated about the neutral on long term. I think mildly pro-seal would be more accurate. And the number of children that actually used the "children's" beach pre-seal is unclear.

    But, anti-dog probably. And pro gawking.
