those of you with good memories will remember this as the site of the former sunnyside market that lund's purchased and immediately closed [apparently] to keep kowalksi's from buying it and moving into the 'hood. the buzz i hear is the neighborhood comes down on the anti-pharmacy side of this debate. that's not really a surprise.
