i collided with the dean a few times when i was a student it workerbee at the hhh. he felt like a big deal. he was also old school. one of those guys who had his secretary print all his emails for him. he'd read them and write his comments on them - like with a pen - and then he'd give them back and she would reply on his behalf with what he had written. genius!
