i've long maintained (see: google) that the vikesblog was outrageously great. it's exactly what should be going on with every beat they've got going over there. (as opposed to, say, funneling every random headline to some twitter page and calling it media2.0, a concept so broken i don't even know where to begin. unfollow? that'd be a start.) kudos to seifert on the new gig. also this: gerbschmidt whatwhat?! really? wow.
